The Entrance exam for AIIMS MBBS 2017 will be an online test which is going to held on 28th may 2017. The exam will be held in 2 sessions. Morning session 9:00am to 12:30pm and afternoon session at 3:00pm to 6:30pm. The last date to apply for the exam is over. However, if any corrections are to be made in the application, can be made by 15th march 2017.
The following is the seat matrix of various branches of AIIMS MBBS 2017. AIIMS MBBS doesn't participate in NEET entrance exams. It conducts is own entrance exam for its branches.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have passed in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology
- Qualifying marks: for GM and OBC 60% and above. SC/ST/OPH 50%. candidates appearing in 10+2 can also apply.
- AIIMS for foreign candidates: Foreign candidates are allowed only to apply for AIIMS Delhi. they are not allowed to apply any other AIIMS
AIIMS MBBS 2017 cutoff:
- General category : 50%
- OBC non creamy : 45%
- SC/ST category : 40%
- OPH category : Cutoffs of their respective category
The aspirants should look at 2015 cutoff list to get some idea about the cutoffs of AIIMS branches.
AIIMS MBBS 2017 counseling:
Based on the merit list counseling sessions will start from 3rd June 2017. The candidates called in 1:4 ratio for counseling. The candidates called for counseling should carry all the necessary documents. The counseling of general merit candidates will be called followed by reserved candidates.
